Short version: this marketing site collects no personal data about you directly. There's no analytics tracker running in your browser, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting, no data brokers. Below is the honest, boring detail.
Nothing directly. There's no signup form, no analytics script, and no session that persists after you close the tab.
My host, Cloudflare, sees standard web-request metadata like every host does: your IP address, browser user-agent, the URL you asked for, and a timestamp. Cloudflare uses that to route traffic and block attacks, and gives me aggregate visitor stats (how many visitors, how many page views, rough region) that can't identify you personally.
Cloudflare also drops one or two cookies on your device for bot detection. See the Cookie policy for the exact list.
- No cross-site tracking pixels, ad networks, or retargeting.
- No session-replay tools.
- No browser fingerprinting.
- No selling, renting, sharing, or trading personal data with data brokers or advertisers. Not now, not ever.
When you write to contact@jayslays.tech or support@jayslays.tech, I see your email address, name (if you signed the message), and whatever you write. My email runs on Google Workspace, so those messages live on Google's servers under Workspace's data terms.
I keep support conversations as long as they're useful (usually until the issue is resolved plus a few months). Ask and I'll delete yours.
If you sign up for one of my products, that product has its own privacy notice covering the specific data it needs to work. They're separate — using this marketing site doesn't sign you up for anything.
If you're in a place with data-protection laws (the U.S. has a patchwork of them, and the EU/UK have GDPR/UK-GDPR), you can ask me:
- What personal data of yours I hold.
- To correct anything that's wrong.
- To delete it (subject to legal retention requirements).
- To send you a copy in a portable format.
Email contact@jayslays.tech. I'll respond within 30 days, usually faster.
If any system I run is compromised and personal data is
exposed, I'll notify affected people directly by email without
unreasonable delay, and notify any authorities that laws (like
West Virginia's breach law at W. Va. Code §46A-2A)
require me to notify. This applies to the products too, not
just this site.
If I change this policy, the "Updated" date at the top will change. Substantive changes will be flagged in-app on any product they affect.
Privacy questions: contact@jayslays.tech.
